Our clients required an awning to protect from the penetrating sun and the heat gain – the problem that they faced was the render was not strong enough to take the weight of the awning and the cantilever of the wind – with newton force of up to 1.5nm tonnage per bracket, the only solution was to erect goalpost bespoke made and sprayed to the clients requirements to enable them to enjoy the shade and utilise their patio, keeping out the heat of the home and enjoying dimmable lighting so they can sit on the terrace in the evening enjoying a glass of wine and watching the sun go down – for the sharper nights drawing in, they can utilise the dimmable lighting and dimmable heating to keep nice and warm.
